A faster Unified Inbox, especially on shared team inboxes

We have improved the speed of the Unified Inbox, especially for teams managing several connected LinkedIn accounts.

Everyday actions now respond faster, including:

Faster conversations in shared inboxes

Previously, Botdog had to check each connected account to work out which one owned a conversation before completing an action.

For teams with several connected accounts, this could add a noticeable delay. AI insights had to repeat the same check too.

Botdog now goes directly to the correct connected account, so actions and AI insights can start immediately.

The campaign list in the conversation side panel now appears as soon as you open a conversation from the inbox.

Previously, it waited for the full conversation to finish loading first.

Solo inboxes are also a little faster.

Nothing about how the Unified Inbox works has changed. It simply responds more quickly, with nothing you need to update.
