New features
We're hard at work to improve Botdog and you experience as a user - both adding features and making sure the product remains super user-friendly.
Here's what we've been working on recently! 👇

As usual with Botdog, connecting your LinkedIn automation to your entire tech stack just got seamless!
We just launched our comprehensive API and webhooks system that creates a two-way connection between Botdog and your existing tools. Trigger actions from your CRM and get real-time updates when things happen on LinkedIn.
You can use it to:
- Start LinkedIn campaigns directly from HubSpot, Attio, or any system
- Get instant notifications in Slack when prospects respond
- Update your CRM records automatically when LinkedIn conversations progress
- Create powerful automation flows with 5,000+ apps through Zapier
- Build custom integrations with our developer-friendly API
Here are a few use cases we built for our Helpdesk.
This is live only in beta for now. So get in touch with us to request access, then visit Settings > Integrations to get your API key and documentation!
We just launched our AI Lead Review feature that automatically filters your prospects before sending any connection requests. LinkedIn limits how many invites you can send, so why waste them on people who aren't a good fit for your offering?

You can use natural language to describe exactly who you want to reach:
- Role and job function ("works in sales", "is a decision maker")
- Location ("based in North America", "located in NYC")
- LinkedIn usage ("has Sales Navigator", "more than 5,000 followers")
- Exclusions ("not in recruiting", "not at competitor companies")
- Any combination of factors using simple English
Just type instructions like "Person is in marketing, based in Europe, and has over 500 connections" and the AI will handle the rest - ensuring you're only spending your limited connection requests on truly qualified prospects.
This is in beta and will soon be part of our upper "AI powered" tier. Get in touch to turn this on for you!
As usual with Botdog, responding to LinkedIn messages just got way faster!

We just launched what might be our most requested feature: "/snippets" for LinkedIn messaging. Save your best responses and access them instantly with a simple "/" command.
You can use it to:
- Insert your best responses in seconds by typing "/" in any conversation
- Turn any message you've sent into a reusable snippet with one click
- Share your most effective responses with your entire team
- Personalize snippets on the fly with recipient information
This is live for all users. Just go to your Inbox and type "/" to see your snippets, or visit Settings > Snippets to start creating your collection!

We just launched what might be our most requested feature: the ability to import all likes and comments from any LinkedIn post URL. Whether it's following up with people who engaged with your content or stealing your competitors' audience!
You can use it to:
- Paste any LinkedIn post URL to import all engagement
- Finally, easily manage all the people who commented "Interested" on your post (you can even filter comments to only import if the person mentioned a specific word)
- Connect with people who engaged with your competitors' posts
- Thank and nurture people who engaged with your posts
This is live for all users. Just go to Start new campaign > LinkedIn Post Comments or LinkedIn Post Reactions to try it out!

We just rolled out a new timezone selection feature!
- You can now update your timezone in your settings
- Botdog automatically schedules messages between 8am and 4pm in that timezone
- The send times are randomized within that window
This is pretty handy if you're:
- Doing outreach in different countries
- Working with a remote team
- Just want to avoid sending messages at 2AM

Our much-anticipated team feature is now available to all users! To set up your team account and customize access levels, go to Settings > Team in your Botdog dashboard.
This allows you to:
- Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts without sharing passwords
- Delegate outreach tasks while maintaining individual account authenticity
- Manage your team's inbox for them
- Centralize billing and account management for teams
How our users are leveraging this feature:
- Community managers run campaigns across multiple accounts to promote events and grow membership
- Executive teams delegate LinkedIn outreach while maintaining personal branding
- Marketing agencies manage client accounts directly, streamlining outreach campaigns

You can now set specific start and end dates to:
- Align campaigns with product launches, webinars, events
- Run time-limited promotions
- Plan and prepare campaigns in advance
You no longer need to remember to turn off that campaign when it becomes irrelevant!

This feature:
- Removes unanswered invitations after a set period (14, 30, or 60 days)
- Allows you to re-invite prospects, significantly increasing overall acceptance rates
- Helps maintain a clean and active LinkedIn account
Key benefit: By re-inviting prospects who didn't initially connect, you dramatically improve your chances of making connections. Our data shows that many people accept on subsequent invitations, leading to connection rates nearly as high as first-time invites.

The graph shows how long it typically takes for invitations to be accepted. This data helps you understand the optimal timing for withdrawing and resending invitations - and helps you understand why we believe 30 days is optimal: by then 99% of the invitations that will eventually be accepted have already been accepted.
The feature is ideal for:
- Sales professionals aiming to expand their LinkedIn network strategically
- Recruiters looking to connect with passive candidates who might have missed the initial invite
This approach respects LinkedIn's best practices while maximizing your networking potential.

This feature allows you to download contact information from LinkedIn search results or Sales Navigator lists. Use it to:
- Create targeted prospect lists for your campaigns
- Export potential leads for your CRM or other outreach tools
- Enrich or clean your lists with external tools, then reimport using CSV import
- Save time on manual data entry of LinkedIn contacts
Particularly useful for sales teams and recruiters who need to quickly build, refine, and manage lists from LinkedIn searches for their outreach.

Import CSV lists of contacts to bulk-add to your blacklist to:
- Avoid contacting competitors or irrelevant prospects
- Respect "do not contact" requests
- Focus your efforts on your ideal target audience
This feature ensures your campaigns remain targeted and respectful, while providing flexibility in managing larger sets of exclusions efficiently.
Ideal for maintaining clean, focused outreach campaigns and adhering to LinkedIn's best practices!

This feature allows you to:
- Map 3 different custom fields when you do a CSV import
- This is in addition to First Name and Last Name (and many more to come soon!)
How our users have used this so far:
- Export leads from Apollo and then personalize based on company, location, role etc.
- Use AI tools like GPT for Sheets and Docs to enrich their CSV files with AI-generated personalizations
- Create personalizations in a spreadsheet and then import the personalizations in their Botdog campaigns
Ideal for marketers and sales professionals looking to maximize engagement through hyper-personalized LinkedIn outreach.

This feature allows you to manage multiple LinkedIn accounts or delegate tasks without sharing passwords. Here's how our users leverage it:
- Community managers run campaigns across multiple accounts to promote events and grow membership.
- Executive teams delegate LinkedIn outreach to a team member while maintaining individual account authenticity.
- Marketing agencies manage client accounts directly, streamlining connection-building campaigns.
Benefits include increased outreach capacity, improved account security, and simplified team collaboration. It's particularly useful for teams looking to scale their LinkedIn presence effectively!

This new feature allows you to:
- Access a history of conversations initiated through Botdog campaigns (go to History and then select any contact)
- Filter by "unread messages" for easy prioritization
- Manually mark messages as unread for follow-up
- Reply directly from within the Botdog interface
Key benefit: When combined with the Team Shared Account feature, team members can reply on behalf of others, but only to Botdog-initiated conversations.
Ideal for:
- Sales teams managing high-volume LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Executive assistants handling responses for leadership's Botdog campaigns
- Marketing teams coordinating multi-account outreach initiatives
This feature streamlines your workflow for Botdog-specific outreach, ensuring efficient management and collaboration on your LinkedIn campaigns.
