Agency: add single seats on top of your bundle

Agency plans are now more flexible when you need a few extra seats.

Previously, Agency seats were only available in bundles of 5, 10, or 20. If you had 10 seats and needed one more, you had to move all the way up to the 20-seat bundle.

What changed

You can now add individual seats to any Agency plan at the Solo seat rate.

Extra seats work exactly like bundled seats and count toward your team in the same way.

Use the + and – controls on the Seats row of your billing page to adjust the number of seats you need.

On Agency plans, these controls now change the seat count directly rather than switching between bundles.

No separate subscription to manage

Extra seats are added to your existing Agency subscription.

They are prorated to your current billing date, so you do not get a separate invoice or a second renewal date to keep track of.

Botdog will tell you if a bundle is cheaper

If moving to a larger Agency bundle would actually cost less than adding the individual seats you selected, Botdog will show you both prices before you buy.
