Bug Fixes Across Campaigns and the Unified Inbox

A round of fixes across campaigns and the inbox:
- Discarding a failed scheduled message now removes it. Previously, choosing Discard on a “Send failed” message appeared to do nothing and the message stuck around after refresh. Pending scheduled messages were never affected.
- Contacts with a deleted conversation no longer get stuck loading. If a contact’s linked LinkedIn conversation had been deleted, their Inbox tab loaded forever. It now opens another live conversation with that contact, or shows the new-message view if none exists.
- You’re now alerted when a not-yet-messaged contact writes to you. If someone in a campaign messaged you before the campaign reached them, the message arrived silently. These now trigger notifications like any other new message, following your existing preferences.
- Live alerts now follow the account you’re viewing as. While viewing a team member’s account, pop-ups, the notification bell, and live updates now reflect that member’s inbox instead of staying silent. Switching back restores your own alerts.
- Completed campaigns no longer show edit options that did nothing. Edit Sequence, Add Contacts, and Edit Start/End Dates are now hidden on completed campaigns; Rename, Export, Archive, and Delete remain.
- You can message a connection you’ve never messaged before. Sending a first message from a contact’s profile did nothing (or showed a false “account disconnected” error). It now works for regular, Recruiter, and Sales Navigator conversations, sent from the connected account that owns the thread.
