Inbox search now looks across your whole team

Searching the Unified Inbox now finds conversations across your whole team, not just your own.

What was happening

Your inbox could already show conversations shared by teammates, but the search box only searched your own conversations.

This meant you could see a teammate’s conversation in the list, then search for that person’s name and get no result.

What changed

Search now includes every shared conversation you are allowed to see.

This means:

• Anyone visible in your inbox can now be found by name
• Search respects your existing visibility settings
• If sharing is limited to contacts only, search stays within those same conversations
• If you filter the inbox to specific team members, search follows that filter too
• Results are shown newest first, matching the order of your inbox
• Each person appears only once, even if they have more than one conversation thread. Botdog shows their most recent conversation

There is nothing to set up. Just start typing in the Unified Inbox search box.
