New Campaigns No Longer Marked Complete Before the Sequence is Built

We fixed an issue where adding contacts to a brand-new campaign before finishing its sequence could mark the campaign as Completed. This meant the sequence step would show a checkmark instead of the add (+) button, leaving no way to add more steps.

Adding contacts during setup no longer finishes the campaign early. You can add contacts, build out the full sequence, and launch as normal.

This only affected campaigns still in setup. Running, paused, and completed campaigns were unaffected, and no messages were ever sent because of this bug.
