Inbox Fixes: Clearer Senders, More Visible Buttons & Accurate Campaign Info

- A contact’s campaigns now show in the side panel. Before, the panel could come up empty for teammate-owned conversations, contacts without a saved profile link, or non-active campaigns. And this could happen even when the conversation clearly belonged to one. It now lists every campaign the contact was added to, in any state.
- Download and close buttons are visible on image previews. They were nearly invisible on lighter images; they now sit on a subtle dark backing so they stand out regardless of the image.
- Conversations no longer show the sender as “Unknown.” When LinkedIn can’t share a person’s name, the conversation now shows LinkedIn member (the same wording LinkedIn uses) instead of looking like an error.
- Conversation headers no longer pin a single campaign name. Since a person can belong to multiple campaigns, showing just one was misleading. The header now shows the channel (e.g. LinkedIn) instead; filtering by campaign is unchanged.
- The “Logged in” label always marks your own account. The green dot no longer jumps to the teammate you’re viewing. It stays on your account, while the teammate you’re acting as remains highlighted in the list.
