See how many contacts you were already connected to

Campaign progress now gives you a clearer picture of why some contacts never received an invitation.
Previously, contacts who were already connected with you could appear under Completed, even when the campaign had not actually sent them any outreach. This could make the numbers confusing. For example, a campaign with 317 contacts might show only 165 invitations sent, without explaining what happened to the rest.
What changed
Campaign progress now includes two separate statuses:
- Already Connected for contacts who were already a 1st-degree connection when Botdog visited their profile, so no invitation was needed
- Pending Invite for contacts who already had a connection invitation waiting, so Botdog did not send another one
Both appear as their own tiles in campaign progress. Click either one to see exactly which contacts are included.
Already Connected is also available as a column in the campaigns list.
Pending Invite can be added from the column picker.
Contacts who still received a message stay in Completed
If you were already connected with someone and your campaign had a message path for existing connections, that contact will still appear under Completed.
The new counts only include contacts the campaign did not reach out to.
Good to know
Already Connected is available for campaigns started on or after September 4, 2026.
Older campaigns will show a dash because Botdog only started recording this information at the moment a profile is visited from that date onwards.
This avoids trying to calculate it later from a contact’s current connection status, which could become inaccurate as more people connect with you over time.
Pending Invite is also accurate for older campaigns.
