You can move from a regular plan straight to Botdog Managed

If you are already paying for a regular Botdog plan, you can now switch to Botdog Managed directly from the managed plans page.

Previously, the page stopped you because you already had an active subscription.

What changed

You can now choose a managed plan and start it straight away.

When you switch:

• Your current Botdog plan ends as soon as the Managed plan starts
• The unused part of your current billing period is not refunded, and this is clearly shown before you confirm
• Your campaigns, contacts, and inbox stay exactly as they are
• If you have never used the 7-day free trial before, you still get it, so there is no new charge for the first week

Nothing you have already built in Botdog is removed or reset.

Moving between Managed plans is still handled by your Botdog manager, as before.
